Innovation cannot happen in a sustainable manner, in #StudentAffairs or #HigherEd when the infrastructure and processes within our divisions and institutions are not designed with innovation, and the sustainability of that work, in the forefront of our thinking when developed. #HigherEdSky

One of the greatest gift I have as a SAPro, whenever the stress of work begin to weigh heavily, I can go spend time with students or talk with or check in on a colleague. I am reminded immediately of why all of it is worth doing and why I love it. #studentaffairs #highered

One of the things that I don’t hear talked about enough when it comes to employing AI tech into Student Affairs work is how much fun it is. It invigorates creativity, changes and energizes the way you think and see data. It feels fresh. I cant over emphasize this enough. #studentaffairs #highed
