Visions symbol was the card Triangle of War, Weatherlight was the card Thran Tome. Odd choice to be sure, basing a set symbol on one card that really has nothing to do with the set, but 🤷♂️

Looks very fun! When I get more wildcards I’m making more of this dude, he’s racking up damage in my decks with earth ending.

I was pretty bummed they didn’t let Stump sing more. But he sang a bit of a reprise of the most FOB coded song of the season at least. Agreed though, this season felt (like many second seasons lately) a little abrupt and incomplete.

Theres a card they just banned in standard that has similar text after all...but yeah, I love this thing, its such an interesting thing to track.

Summer day camp circa 1995(?) had the counselors playing it and getting us to play it, it caught on to my relatives and friends and I’ve been playing ever since. (I didn’t play from Tempest to Destiny and Odyssey to Scourge, but otherwise I never stopped playing)

Unlike previous UB sets, it feels much more mechanic based than flavor based. There are four factional mechanics, and each plays differently and is pretty interesting. I think it’s much more appealing to those unfamiliar than even FF was.

The jumpstart set feels really awkward this time around but we have had a jumpstart set every November for the past 3-4 years. Wonder if they would do a Star Trek jumpstart or just something else next year.

If you don’t want to repair it, yeah, I had one with a battery that didn’t work (even tried to replace it) and sold it for 20 bucks.
