For Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth on PC I've managed to find a way to dimmish the nightmarish stuttering and issues, replaced the directstorage dll files with the latest versions, texture streaming has gotten better, the softlock ain't happening to me no more too. There's still hitches, but now playable!

I'm getting the same behavior/lurches/hitches on the frame time graph after repeated test runs in Kalm, the one highlighted in the first image always happens when I turn my camera to this direction upon reload, and I've ran around the tanker in Kalm for 2 days now, same repeated hitches
