Fabulous visit to Pump Street Bakery last week. We got to make a bar of chocolate which I have gifted to myself for my birthday later this week. Guess what I put in it?!

Baking macrons from the La Duree cookbook as was intrigued by the addition of melted chocolate. Overall verdict is that they are a lot grainier than using Italian meringue but I like the chewier texture. Will share finished results later

Very happy to see a bit more of Gujarat on Race Across the World episode 7. But I really really really REALLY wish the narrator would learn and practice how to pronounce / intonate the city names.

Fantastic day at Taco Festival yesterday. Highlight was the deep fried avocado taco and the cactus taco. Mushroom one was tasty too.
