I forgot how sick epidurals make me. Yesterday I got an injection to help with degenerated disc pain and today I haven’t been feeling good. Headaches, achy body, vomiting, diarrhea😷 Hopefully the pain relief kicks in soon😥

Tried showing her the resistance band exercises and yoga that I do every day but she brushed me off saying it wasn’t enough

It’s taken some time but I finally okay with having to use my mobility aids. I may not be able to do some of the things I used to but I don’t feel shame anymore. My walker is helping me have a better quality of life.
