As an upper middle class kid I remember having the notion that rich people are educated about climate change and care about it, because they combine climate change awareness in their daily lives. unlike poor people who use plastic bags etc.//

In theory, Netanyahu & Gallant won't be able to travel in any of the 124 countries that are members of the ICC without facing arrest. In practice, the US isn't a member (and may even retaliate against the ICC) and others that are member may not comply. But many countries will, so it's a major win.
