Searching for problems to fit my solutions
Just did, and I can relate...

I also think that incompleteness is worth mentioning, in the context of "what is even possible"

Thanks, now I need to find a numerical linear algebra professor in Heidelberg who will have me for a job talk so I can try this place

Solve math as in: "proving all possible true statement in finite time"?
Two necessary conditions for that are 1. The set of true statements is of finite cardinality 2. Math is complete
(Not sure if sufficient).

For 1. I have no idea... 2. Math is incomplete- not all true statement follow others

New preprint!!! we push tubal tensor algebra to infinite-dimensional tubes, build a quasitubal C*-algebra that supports matrix-mimetic (quasitubal tensor) SVD and Eckart–Young-like optimality. Matrix tricks, now for separable Hilbert spaces. arxiv.org/abs/2504.16231

Quasitubal Tensor Algebra Over Separable Hilbert Spaces
The tubal tensor framework provides a clean and effective algebraic setting for tensor computations, supporting matrix-mimetic features like Singular Value Decomposition and Eckart-Young-like optimali...

Hilbert spaces: no inner product space should allow the existence of a bounded sequence that has no partial (strong) limits.

Ill let you know how it went 🙂

Well, my formal knowledge in physics is just around the corner of F=ma. But Ill give it a shot! Thanks

I hope that soon I'll be able to post a preprint on arxiv. For now I can share an abstract of an upcoming talk:

QFT related keywords that I frequently encounter while working on this are: quantum group, tempered distributions, observables, states etc..

Unfortunately, my background in physics is limited to Newton's laws of motion.
I am working on an extension of an algebraic framework (tubal tensor algebra) to infinite dimensions. This extension is mainly motivated by applications in signal processing, control, dynamics, functional data analysis.

You know emacs has a package for that... (not really, but I had to say it anyway...)
