Karcher the courtyard so it’s not slippy… hack plaster off courtyard wall and replaster when the weather gets better… need to get in the loft to see where damp is coming from next week.. for now I’m going to drink tea and pet cecilie pet Cecilie

Well I felt like shite this morning, tearful, fearful, worried etc then gave myself a good talking to and wrote a list, did simple things, run some errands, dropped Christmas cake & diaries off to family/friends… one thing at a time. Feel much better now. #grateful #gentle

My Christmas plans to post and finish stuff got put back after I tripped while running last Tuesday, broke my nose, hurt my knees, wrist and worst of all traumatised my chest. I’m just getting the pain under control now. Apologies to my twanta as I had intended to post a card as well! 😩🙈🥰🎄🎅🏽
