part of the issue is that this these cyclists (including those on regular non-ebikes) are being taken to court for non-accidents (like running a red light) while car drivers just get a ticket. Accidents may very well be a different story, but the current system is clearly not ideal

My understanding is that most e-bike riders are not registered. What are your thoughts on the best way to approach this?

Here's how much space each mode is given:
- 75% for cars (7% of trips)
-55% driving
-20% parking
- 24% for sidewalks (59% of trips)
- 1% for bike lanes (2% of trips)
- 0.02% for bus lanes (7% of trips)
