With that in mind, what are some LinkedIn best practices that'll help your content get noticed…right now?

- Tag up to 5 accounts to avoid your content being flagged as "spam."
- Only post twice a day, or every 12 hours. 
- Use 3-5 hashtags, and no more.

For instance: in 2025, their algorithm prioritizes relevance over how recent a post is.

What does that look like in real time? Basically, content you posted a month ago might show up in someone's feed, instead of that post you just scheduled two minutes ago.

Picotte attended the Woman's Medical College of Pennsylvania and become the first Indigenous woman to receive a medical degree. She became the only doctor to serve her Omaha community of 1,200 people. She educated her community, encouraging better hygiene and food sanitation practices.

Dr. Susan La Flesche Picotte was born in 1865 on Nebraska's Omaha reservation. Picotte became inspired to become a doctor after a traumatic childhood experience in which she watched an Indigenous woman die after a white doctor refused to treat her.
