Their research outputs span from laboratory science, through clinical trials, to policy guidelines, but at the heart of every project is working with stroke survivors and their care-partners to help them in the recovery journey.

Terry leads a multidisciplinary team of researchers that work to understand, and treat, these ‘hidden’ symptoms of stroke. The team are interested in the memory and thinking problems that accompany stroke, and their research seeks to bring together the worlds of stroke and dementia research.
