it's interesting to talk about my country politics with my dad bc we don't take it too hard (i mean we are serious abt it but nothing crazy like disowning) and how his views abt the current leading party has changed since he was young. it really used to be for the people, now not much so.

i think i broke my new phone before i could even use it! was poking to get the sim card slot out and then heard/felt a "thud"but the slot remained inside!!11 now got to bring it to the service centre on tues :(

even among jpop groups, 5 is a special number like arashi. but groups now can range from 3 (when members leave) to 11 or more if they merge during those "family" concerts.
Was talking boy bands with a friend and she asked why there were 5 in this one particular boy band and I was like, in the US/UK there's always 5. She was like what about Boyz II Men and i was like that's an exception when a band tries to signal its serious based on the Beatles.

Something that bugs me when people review ninja turtle media is how they’ll often say that it’s this dying franchise when we’ve seen time and time again when it’s done with care and actual effort it succeeds and brings in newer younger fans

Fanfiction was never meant to hit mainstream audiences, proven time and again when people get upset over seeing something they don't like and feeling duty bound to bully the creator. Trying to control what is essentially a free for all must be so stressful when fandom should be fun.

ca:tws doesn't get enough appreciation. i went to watch winter soldier with no expectation. it was my first marvel and it blew me away! the acting & fight scenes were top-notch artistry!
watching CAPTAIN AMERICA: WINTER SOLDIER for the first time in a minute and yeah, this is still in the top 5 of everything that has come out of marvel studios

ca:tws doesn't get enough appreciation. i went to watch winter soldier with no expectation. it was my first marvel and it blew me away! the acting & fight scenes were top-notch artistry!
so tired i was ready for work to be over and go home by 5 today when my shift only ends at 5:30! i had my timesheet signed, stuff kept, bag packed & ready by 5:25 and was just counting down the seconds. 😂
