Yes, exactly this. People who are Dreamcast boosters (me) work exactly from a position of “damn, I wish this console that had a wild library of games that felt like they came from a different world had been successful.”

I don't think anyone with an honest memory of those consoles can actually forget how poor their sales were, as it's likely been an itch in their brains ever since.
The actual draw as a Dreamcast owner was how experimental most of its library felt, even in 2000.

I didn’t think I’d be this invested in this series, but I hope the Leafs pull the sweep here. Ottawa (team, coach, anyone talking about them) has been shockingly annoying through this whole thing so 4-0 would be an incredible outcome. No idea what happens afterwards but at least give the world that
