And I fear whatever playlist he makes will just be songs he likes that he thinks I’ll like. But he doesn’t even know me well enough to assume what I’ll like????

So I feel like if I were to receive something like that I would just feel too much pressure to listen to it.

Yesterday I posted a meme about how making playlists for me will trap me.

He saw it and said he would do it.

I laughed.

He said he’s serious and asked me which platform I use for music.

We have never talked about music with each other.

Most of our conversation just feels like I’m just there. I can feel him building a persona for me and he’s been attaching himself to that idea of me.

I can’t begin to explain how weird that feels.

Very often our conversations have been:

He asks for my opinion on something.
I explain mild interest.
He shares in great detail why *he* loves said thing and assumes *i* will love it for the same reason.
I explain I don’t.
He continues gushing over *our* shared love of said thing.
