DEI doesn't mean unqualified. Only 5% of DEI programs even have to do with hiring. Stop making jokes about idiots in the current administration being DEI hires because it only reinforces the myth of it being for the unqualified.

This is horrendous. It looks like someone who just learned Photoshop slapped all their new skills into one image and called it a day.
Arsenal are set to wear a new pre-match shirt for their fixtures in the second half of the 2024/25 season, merging elements of all three match shirts for the current campaign - and I think it's plain awful. Please, we don't need new gear every week!

I'm happily here. I want it to be challenging intellectually, a place to learn, and comfortable, but not an echo chamber. It's important to keep one eye on the challengers so we understand how and where to fill their gaps of knowledge with facts not fiction. Living in blue and ☀️ Colorado.
