Because so many Senators voted to essentially ban hemp production with no debate I've listed the hemp producing states with how their senators vote.

Surprising Ran Paul is the only one who cares about hemp production in their state:

Trump: I issue these pardons to move to national reconciliation.

Pardon Attorney Ed Martin: No MAGA left behind

You need to have truth before you can have reconciliation. If you skip that part you're just trying to sweep the dirt under the rug

It's deeply worrying when a sitting justice on the Supreme Court is disillusioned with the ability of the courts to enforce the rule of law

IDK being locked in a Conex container while the ICE agents living in trailers complain about the heat sounds like a worse situation.

Also worth noting, there is no Court order directing the illegally deported aliens to be held in Djubuti, just in US custody

We're in deep when judges feel the need to dedicate the first page of their memo order to quoting Kafka's "The Trial"

One of the worst things about being a lawyer in America under this admin, is being able to get all the receipts of the "law and order" admin is breaking the law and have it not matter to anyone but the choir

Here they lied to a Judge, under oath, faked a witness, and ignored a court order

One of the things that pissed Judge Murphy off the most in DVD v. DHS (case where judge found DHS breached court order by sending folks abroad w/o proper notice) was there was evidence a plaintiff was treated differently (better) after they got a lawyer

We aren't hearing half the shit ICE is doing!

Judge Ana C. Reyes is my hero. Not only is she holding the DoD accountable for their anti-trans bull, she's making them justify their "constitutional animus" on the public docket

Congratulations to Vance Day, the latest hire in the DoJ! He'll be serving as Senior Counsel to Deputy AG. Here's the upheld charges that led to the then longest judicial suspension in Oregon history

BTW the "courthouse artwork" mentioned was a Hitler portrait 🫠

Ed Martin, acting US Attorney for DC (seen here learning Hispanic people can be US Citizens), won't sign off on an arrest warrant for an assault on a 27 y.o. woman by Rep. Cory Mills (FL7-R).

We don't know why, but I have some guesses
