Person of disinterest.
Fan of games, TTRPGs, board games, video games, et cetera. Part-time cynic. I also like cats and enjoy playing piano.
Just asked CatGPT what the weather was going to be like today, and he replied, "Where is breakfast?"

Skin Deep, the new immersive sim/Diehard in Space/ cat rescue game from Blendo Games seems pretty neat.

Don't let their identical DNA fool you. They differ on many key issues....

If Elon had one of these. It would be a slam dunk case in his favor.

This was our toothless cat Perseus. He was a stray cat we took inside after he started sleeping under our back step.

His teeth were infected and needed immediate extraction. He was old, at least 12. He lived with us for another 6 years before he passed. The sweetest little guy on earth.

La-Mulana has a great escape sequence in which you need to hustle back to the entrance but the place is collapsing around you, closing the most straightforward escape path, but opening up new shortcuts as the walls between different areas break down.

Easily one of my all-time favorite books. Even so, every time I read it, I am still surprised by just how good it is.

The quest mode did get a sequel! (Sort of ) called Crismon Tears. It might be hard to find a physical copy, but with a tiny bit of work, finding a rom and ps2 emulator should be pretty easy.

After talking to a half dozen assholes spread all over the map, finding half a dozen missing letters of a book under as many statues, then finding a huge cannon in a cave, I have had to hire a literal clown to fix it so I can get up the sky.

Having cats in your home is the single best way to teach anyone why they should never go anywhere the fuck near a lion, tiger, or other big cat.

Wild Bastards is so damn good.

Like someone decided to make a rogue-like that specifically pushes all of the buttons I love having pushed in a game.

It also helps that the title makes me think of the Wild Rebels song from my single favorite episode of MST3K.

Revisited Metroid: Fusion. Couldn't locate my old cart, so this is the Switch Online version.

It's still my least favorite game in the main series. I've always found it too linear, and all the dialog sucks most of the mystique out of the story.

It's not a bad game, but it's not a great one either.

That cat has seen some shit, but it just makes him even more kingly.

We have a mystery old man cat we adopted from outside. He was at least 10 when we brought him in (so 15+ now). Despite the health problems he had then, he is doing great today and is one of the sweetest cats I've ever known.
