I managed to get my refund for Inazuma11. It took a lot of work, and I think the thing that finally pushed it over the edge was trying an option other than their built in refund system. My steps: Help>Steam Support>Purchases>[Select Game]>"I have questions about this purchase"

Steam has refused to refund Inazuma 11, despite linking to a source that shows their usage of generative AI, as well as a direct reference to their AI ToS. So I'm down $70 and feel like a fucking idiot, all because Level 5 is run by scum bags and Valve refuses to enforce their own rules.

Not to be the fun police but I do hope people know that Arc Raiders does use generative AI for voice acting, and by supporting the game you're letting higher-ups know that this is an okay practice.
