anyway just typing out positive stuff instead of dwelling on the bad bc november has been rough lmao but i’m big on the idea of “starting over” with a new month (or new week, new year, new age, whatever - just the concept in general) it helps me not ruminate as much so happy december!

i really struggle with motivation when it comes to doing anything like… for myself? at work or for others, i have no problem, so idk this is like lowkey a super big deal even tho it might sound silly! i hope i can continue to be consistent!!

my dad also just tried to explain to me what a hamster is 😭 he goes “the neighbors upstairs are making a bunch of noise at night it sounds like a hamster on a lil wheel, do you know what a hamster is? it’s that little thing - oh well nvm” WHAT 😭😭😭

anyway i had a big breakdown about it last week and left work but i have an appointment on monday with my doctor so she can tell me i’m fine and then i’ll be cured

told my dad and he said “that’s ridiculous” and yeah… it is :) but his delivery could’ve been nicer ha ha ha
