Stuff like this, more so than most things is why I think America is a failed state. Clear mail fraud, easily recognizable from the shitty scan of the envelope the USPS mails to me in the morning and nobody is willing to do anything about it. Thousands of these things are dumped in the mail daily.

Since the internet is for cat pics: This is Nellie, who we brought home this weekend. She's 9 months old and very small since she's already had a litter of kittens and was a stray. Next pic is her trying to befriend our 6 year old resident cat, Banjolina, who is very mad at this whole situation.
