Likeability and politeness. He gave them wine and little tarts! Served by a nosferat, granted, but tarts nonetheless. He joined them and spoke adorably and at length about the challenges of being a necromancer in these modern, less refined times.

Terrible news! Move what you can, call it in to Servpro asap to avoid the mold issue. We've seen similar rain east of St. Louis; news says this year is the 4th highest April rains in recorded history.
