Getting beyond single crochet, I'm teaching myself from a book of motifs. I the practice bits as patches.
This is the first one. It's for a duvet cover that I haven't been using, because it has a big L-shaped rip in it.
I think I matched the color scheme pretty well! Also, it was fun to do.

Completed a vest for my daughter. The yarn is from UFO of 20+ years. I was doing something experimental, but lost the notes. Guess I was hoping they'd show up. Finally, I frogged it and reclaimed the yarn. Feels good to clean that slate.

Also, start allowing anyone who comes here citizenship & any one who wants to leave, the freedom to do so, at their own will. That is, abolish the notion of borders as people containment. Let them only exist for societal management. Use all the border control $ for human services & infrastructure.
