There’s a soft cap at 12, so it’s not much worth leveling up beyond it, so we end up farming for weapons/buffs instead, which has helped us more in the last boss fight than being level 15

It's mostly just in japanese but cedil.cesa.or.jp is great, as they put up all the presentation material from all the events on there for free. Cedec is like GDC but for the japanese speaking developers.
