and yeah, we should not be the bar for saying whether or not it's shifted past that. i was just trying to say how it looked to me, but like, i think the feelings and opinions of the people actually affected are gonna be more accurate than my loose guess

it feels like the "ah yes, the two genders" joke: mocking unironic uses of it. still gonna stop using it, just felt like id share and ask whether that's been your experience of it. obv u dont have to answer if u dont want to, guessing bc it's on this list that thats not your experience of it

All of these are incredibly reasonable. The only one that's less intuitive is the two wolves one, and even that only bc it feels (to me, who should not be the arbiter here lol) like it's just kind of grown past being connected to that?
