What makes us strong, what makes us human, isn't our brainpower, our "Ego". They mean nothing if we don't use our brain in association with the wisdom of the heart.
Being able to make empathetic decisions is what makes us unique. Wihen we act from the heart, we can perform miracles.

The “A” in DEIA stands for accessibility. Federal workers with disabilities, including many veterans, deserve respect and the opportunity to work in public service. A diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible workplace makes public service better and makes everyone’s lives better.
