Here’s my 2nd attempt and redemption over the last cheesecake I did. Added a bit more flavour and thickness to the cream and this time it had better structure, better consistency and the flavour overall was superb. Definitely improved and I couldn’t be happier.

A few days ago, I made my own recipe for a pistachio cheesecake. It was alright on my first attempt but it definitely needs improvement based on its consistency and cooling time.

Back to making my own traditional chicken wraps with some spicy honey chilli sauce, shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced carrots, tempura chicken, and diced tofu. It’s quite filling for 3 wraps as a main meal, but the taste is just chef’s kiss.

So after a great day, I’ve bought 2 pairs of glasses since I realised I had astigmatism. It’s common which is fine because I can still slightly see smaller texts but these glasses will definitely help me with my vision when I’m working on projects on my PC.

There’ll moment when I came in, the bedrooms smelled musty, there were multiple cobwebs with spiders and other insects and the beds are a bit hard for me to sleep on. It’s okay but not the best experience I hoped. I’ll update on Wednesday.
