I keep seeing Marvel Rivals stuff and updates for it on my console but man I just have no desire to play it. I think the myriad issues the game had at launch and the many more that have cropped up since have just soured my taste on the game.

Continuing to read through Lovecraft's works has taught me that it's probably best when some creatives utilize the opposite sex very infrequently.

The decision to frame it as a documentary is just so absolutely genius. Anything that would seem like a weird exposition dump is now just necessary narration for the ensuing scene. The emotional moment don't suffer this transition at all imo, and may even be elevated by it at times. Amazing decision

Sort of amazing how like 3-5 episodes of every Sopranos season is dedicated to the plight of women and usually makes me extremely uncomfortable and feel like shit (this is a good thing)

Been watching Mobile Suit Gundam and it is already a really funny show but the fact that it spawned the cultural giant it did makes it even funnier.

It's very funny how Borderlands 3 to Borderlands 4 followed the exact pipeline of Halo 5 to Halo Infinite. Poorly received game prompts a new engine, soft reboot storyline, open world campaign, and all these things and more result in a really dull, if inoffensive final product.

I'm big against the graphical beauty and all that jazz being as important as perceived in video games, and of course in the sense of popular appeal I'm unfortunately wrong, and must further concede that if a hypothetical Pillars 3 gave me the BG3 character creator with Orlans I would never leave.

Playing Pillars of Eternity (shock) and still blown away by the whole of The White March II. One of the greatest expansions of all time imo. Experiments with the core game's themes, dials combat up to 11, continues WM1 excellently, introduces Wengra, just an endless list of flawlessness.

Damn Ultrakill hitting Greed into Wrath double whammy making me really not wanna fuck with it anymore.

One of the things I'm curious about with The Batman sequel is the fight choreography. Far and away the best live action Batman adaptation for this, but he fights very representative of his character, and with the apparent switch of characterization ala his character arc I wonder how it'll be.
