Oh absolutely, it's no Tinker, Tailor but I enjoyed parking the brain in neutral and just going along for the ride :)

I've got my fingers crossed for you though that it isn't as bad as you think but get seen as soon as possible and find out that's the quickest way to get back running

Two years of weight gain here so I do sympathise - don't angst it, just try and keep a modicum of control, mine was rotator cuff which required surgery, snowboarding injury to my ankle and then reactive arthritis post covid in my knee (and some broken ribs). Still very much recovering.

I hope wherever you end up going I hope you have a lovely time! The outdoors are awesome!
