You end up being able to differentiate bteween the gut induced CF symptoms and those driven by other issues.

E.g. if we can locate it as stemming from IBS, then you can fix it by interventions like FMT.

Stress induced gut dysfuncitons may indeed be a driver in some people, but its not the only reason why someone's gut can get messed up. Looking at the gut health problem more holistically is a much better approach.

There are some pretty promising studies out now that suggest it's not stress per-se, but gut problems, that drive a lot of this. There's even been two studies showing FMTs can seemingly reverse fibromyalgia!
