The process of closing old FAST channels and removing associated services, then activating a new replacement service seems rather convoluted.
Presumably there is a reason for this but is would be much easier to recycle the existing service with a new service name, genre (perhaps) and EPG flags.

TS30 was recently used for the IPTV hybrid tests.

Removed placeholder services include BBC Radio 4 LW, Create & Craft, BBC RB pop-up services and the legacy Sky Sports red button services.
Removal of the placeholders means any recordings will no longer play.
