Today is the feast day of St Ursula!

While we don't encourage feasting in the library, feel free to come to Odames Library at Leicester Royal Infirmary & feast your eyes on our beautiful stained glass window of St Ursula which used to be in St Luke's chapel.

LADS - Gen AI is *all* hallucinations, some of which happen to be accurate.

If I give you hundreds of books in French, then ask you questions in French, and you piece together a plausible sequence of French words to be an answer based on looking at all the books, you *STILL CANNOT SPEAK FRENCH.*
“On one test, the hallucination rates of newer A.I. systems were as high as 79 percent.”

Well, that’s… useless.
