Last week, History students Katie and Oz conducted research for HIST3560 and Dr. McCorkindale’s project on Chatham's Black community -- specifically Nelson Hackett and his redcoat defenders. To learn how 1840s Black militia soldiers dressed, they studied records at Chatham Public Library. #cdnhist
