There is no such thing as a draft reach. If you pick 13th and the best player on your board is expected to be there at 30, it is NOT a reach to take him 13th. Proof: if the team at 12 thought the same, you taking him 13th makes them wrong. A reach at 13 by definition has to be a reach at 12.
