no idea if this is "optimal" but things are starting to click

the first attempt actually didn't handle some things correctly but now everything seems to work as intended

i saw online that a binary to decimal application is a good beginner c++ project and while i know this isn't the optimal solution, it's cool to finally be at a point where i can translate an idea into something functional

trying to figure out how to shuffle an array made my head hurt and i still don't understand what happened but the fully randomized custom class generator works

finally made it to the array section so i don't need to have a million switches, also moved from code::blocks to visual studio (i needed dark mode)
