i saw online that a binary to decimal application is a good beginner c++ project and while i know this isn't the optimal solution, it's cool to finally be at a point where i can translate an idea into something functional

finally made it to the array section so i don't need to have a million switches, also moved from code::blocks to visual studio (i needed dark mode)
