There's an episode of 90210 where Jim Walsh berates a homeless veteran, that Brandon drags home for Thanksgiving, for like 15 minutes that really warms the heart

It's kind of like when your favorite geeky, sarcastic Christian speed metal character suddenly bludgeons someone to death with a lead pipe, then dumps the body in the river, then the show just kind of of forgets about it, but then he becomes the kicker for the football team.

So I gotta assume if Peacock had renewed the show, we would have just gotten Season 3 with Lyonne. The switch seems like a gimmick to effectively shop a 'new' version to other outlets because they may be more likely to go for that then the continuation of what Peacock canceled.

What an amazing show. Can't wait until it randomly blows up on Netflix in like 2033.

Did they lower the price? Because dumping ESPN should mean significantly lower carriage costs.

This smacks of just not running or attempting a Sinema-esque third party run.

TBH, I would pay $8 for it if it was actually a taped off TV version of it with all the original commercials as aired on TNT in like 1998, followed by like WCW Nitro and then a re-run of Kung Fu because we gotta fill up those six hours of tape.
