Oh, you get The Yearning, too? I find The Yearning a bit easier to manage than The Dread, though occasionally they are linked.

Fair! I think I've only had the Moderna, so I tend to stick with it. My body is also trash - finally got the hypermobile EDS diagnosis in the spring.
