Not true. I don’t fear pain and discomfort. But I don’t like the idea of missing the next 1,000 years of human development. These monkeys are clever and I’d like to see what they come up with over the long run.

I’m still a fan of monolithic concrete domes. Cost effective, strong against natural disasters, pest-proof, efficient to heat and cool.

Cowards. Long form interviews get trimmed for time all the time. They would have to demonstrate an intentional manipulation of the final cut in a biased way in order to even have standing. Despite what Joe Rogan says, there is no evidence to support that claim.

If they were, I’d expect them to behave better. They sure seem to act like they are confident that god is on their side.

Normally I’d be rooting for higher gas prices to encourage market forces into more renewables. But cheap gas is hurting Russia, so for the good of democracies around the world: bring on the cheap gas.

Or just avoid flying at all if you can help it. I always calculate time to airport, time in TSA, time at terminal, time in air, time to collect bags, and time to final destination. If I can just drive straight there then I don’t need to be strip searched and can bring toothpaste.

For what it’s worth, just because Elon is a total jackass doesn’t mean Space X shouldn’t be supported. They have some amazing engineers trying to accomplish some amazing things that will benefit everyone. If they can pull it off, that is.
