Well I just opened one of my last ferments. It only contained three ingredients: beetroot with the greens and turmeric. Of course the magic ingredient is 18 grams of pickling salt. #fermentation #veggies #vegetables

Just opened one of my latest ferments. #Cabbage, English Cucumber and great deal of garlic. #fermentation #garlic Enough garlic to keep a whole gaggle of vampires. This along with #Kefir is my breakfast.

These were the first ferments I did back in 2021. Three years later I don't even bother labeling things things.

A good night of regenerative sleep:

Here is a picture I took as I passed by the spot I had first seen it. The first time the canid was sitting up near groundhog hole as waiting to pounce. This picture looks like it was have siesta after a good meal.

Angela that wasn't just a full moon, it was a Super Beaver Moon. I will share some of mine. What's odd are the little specks in the tree branches which could be either Jupiter or Saturn. Here we call it the Super Beaver Moon.
