Good evening, hello, it’s nice to be here! Just to intro myself quickly, I’m a professional digital artist and a beginner Gouache painter. Mostly going to share traditional art on here as I’m looking to start up a shop in the new year! Follow along if you like my art 🥰

So, this top painting was meant to be a lovely warm yellow, pre-sunset. It’s accidentally green which is a whole saga and I hate it. But it turns out a lot of people actually quite like the green. What do you lot think? #greensky #skypainting #artist #sketchbook #gouache

Painting the ocean has intimidated me for so long and I’ve avoided doing it. But yesterday I was scrolling through reference photos of forests I just couldn’t paint another one. I decided to paint an ocean wave. I couldn’t be happier with the result.

Another recent gouache painting. Very pleased with how this one turned out. It was a lovely reference photo and I hope I’ve done it justice! Painting those puddles was very satisfying!

I’m new here so I’ve got to check… About every third post is pictures of foxes… is that just my algorithm trying to work out if I’m secretly a fox in disguise? Or is that a bluesky thing? Do we all love foxes here? (Not complaining, foxy overlords… just wondering…)
