This time last year Chappell roan dropped a new single and Sabrina Carpenter just released espresso, starting their dominating summer, Drake and Kendrick just started their beef and music would never be the same. So far this year feels empty in comparison. Can we go back to 2024?

Started listening to #Scythe today. I am intrigued by the world it’s building because the first thought I had when the idea of casual near immortality was gladiatorial games. Wounds and bones heal and you can revive, make money on fights! I cant be the only one right? #booksky

Just finished Sword of Shannara today, the same day Terry Brooks retires. Im curious to read the next I heard it far surpasses the original.

It still seems so real that they put Doctor who in #MTG. Just built a jun war doctor deck, and just like the show im going to put a bunch of things into exile before nuking the board!

With all the Final Fantasy stuff being shown for #MTG it really gets me hoping they do some art from Crystal chronicles. I love the fairytale art it brings to the series and cant wait to see it on a card.

My favorite part about the beginning of #DungeonCrawlerCarl books is the unloading of the Chekov’s gun armory and just trying to predict how they’ll go off. #booksky

If a Game/app doesn’t let me listen to audiobooks in the background it gets immediately deleted. No matter how much I love peggle I love audiobooks more.

I haven’t done a good book update recently because I have just been devouring the sender series. I’ve jumped from one book to the next. Currently on Fairest and honestly I really hope the author is not trying to make me sympathize with the villain, she’s supposed to be irredeemable. #Booksky

2024 was an amazing year for Pop music. With the stand outs clearly being Sabrina and Chappel but I still am surprised that everyone is sleeping on #RemiWolf. She should be up there with the other two. She put out my favorite album of the year and any playlist feels empty without her.

On book 2 of Cinder. Im not sure how I feel about it being a connected series I was hoping the plot was going to resolve book 1 but im going to continue and see how I feel about it. So far I think this is a great YA rec and I enjoyed it alot! #booksky

Listening to a story and I find it hard to believe that people would treat cyborgs as lesser beings. I can understand them seeing themselves as superior or part of the machine like in cyberpunk. But treating cyborgs as disposable people just because they needed prosthetics makes 0 sense to me.
