I cannot find any tool to help me figure out the conversion.
I would like to do something like put in a hex value and have it tell me one of these below.

I thought I would use the Mystic Armor and duplication glitch to store millions of rupees, so I need not worry about hearts, but just like in real life, "The Man" keeps me down and will never let me be a millionaire. 999,999 rupee limit.
