Shamefully can't recall buying any new records in 25 but I have dived down a beautiful rabbit hole of charity shop disco, soul and jazz with particular highlights being 70s era George Benson and Rose Royce. Also the tatty beauty below. The Martha compilation however, is an absolute stunner!

I feel they definitely help reduce the build up of lactic acid. Really love my old Skins gear - hard to find now but also have some good Nike and Gymshark gear.
