I guess we now know which justices believe in unitary executive theory and which ones don’t.
Thank god they’re not the majority.

This paragraph is one of the dumbest things I've seen written by a Supreme Court justice. It's literally suggesting that a judge has no right to stop the executive branch from blatantly ignoring Congressionally ordered payments.
Alito, joined by Thomas, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh, dissents.
