There’s indication that turbines can provide additional habitat for sea animals that didn’t previously exist:

For a system struggling on revenue that’s bad.

I’ve also noticed a software issue when they’re swapping operators mid-route (often at a place like Lincoln Fields with lots of new riders too) and the tap doesn’t work until the new operator is ready so people who try to pay aren’t.
