I'm not saying Brazil or any other place is free of problems. But America deals in despair in ways that attempt to suck all the life and joy and love out of you. Do not let it!

I miss #Brazil waking up to the sounds of Olodum in Salvador or just groups coming through the streets drumming and singing. I miss the nearby sound of the Samba school in Rio as they practiced for carnaval.
