Just found out I can’t continue with the therapist I’ve been with for the past three years 😓
She’s the first person I came out to, which was only possible because of the heavy work we did for a year before. The prospect of having to find a new therapist and build the rapport I had with her…fuck.

I came to Bluesky with a sense of resignation—another social media platform I felt compelled to join. I'm not alone in wanting less reason to spend time online, but at the same time, it's been beyond formative in getting me to where I am.
