Not the first but the first I can clearly remember, Defender of the Crown I think it was called. On the C64. I have not played it since and I'm not sure it would hold up today haha.

You'll never get players competing in their 10th All Star game to take it seriously when one injury can ruin their season. Better off encourage people to vote for young players with something to prove and recently traded players against their old teammates.

We did this in Australia in 2004 for quite some time. It DID increase the birth rate. It also achieved its primary goal, ensuring continued spending of, and dilution of wealth in, the working class. They are trying to ensure they have an underclass for decades.
