Monday these emails pop up and I get my crap out and turn off the site and delete the tweets. No apology, no acknowledgement of the site, nothing. My account still exists and is in withdrawal only mode, which is what I wanted all along, except I'd still have that bitcoin.

Finally I've had enough. Its the weekend and its gorgeous, so I get out on my deck and buy the above site, $9. I hack out a bunch of very SEO friendly markup (this story) and images like this for the entire C suite, put it up and ping all the exec's twitter accounts.

It was absolutely impossible to get past level 1 support. It was the barest of comprehension and then a form letter. The image from above was because I had to screenshot their own website and send it to them, which didn't work. The case number should have some fantastic notes.

Fair enough I think, regulations are regulations, except their website says I can just get my money and close my account. So yeah, I want to do that. I let them know.
