Unexpected overwhelming sadness at Jack Smith’s report. I expected rage, not grief. We could’ve stopped this on so many fronts, if those with the platform to do so would have stood up. I’m talking to you, Merrick Garland, Democrats in power, Republicans with a spine, journalists. You failed us all.
